Safari Hotel Boardwalk - Ocean City

The location of this hotel was unbeatable.

We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Everything was simply well-maintained. Appreciated our room that was kept very clean and available with a kingsize bed and a microwave, for example.

Close to the Boardwalk and ocean. Free parking (but very tight if you have a truck). Should reserve some parking spaces for trucks or long vehicles where they can back up and extend over in the back of the space.

Smelled a little musty.

we had an awesome stay in this small hotel. location: the property was near to the beach, boardwalk and a couple at beach. local fast food option franco's pizza & bar was 5 minutes walk away. the service was excellent with parking outside.

The staff of the Safari Motel Boardwalk were very kind and helpful. They did everything in their power to make sure our stay was very enjoyable and fun! The location of the motel was right on the boardwalk. There were two different buildings; one directly on the boardwalk and one just behind, separated by a driveway. It was wonderful being able to walk out the door and be on the boardwalk within just a few feet. The first building also had a very nice, covered balcony where the motel guests could sit and watch the ocean and people walking on the boardwalk and talk with one another. The facilities in the room were older, but everything was extremely clean and well-kept. The Safari Motel Boardwalk and the wonderful staff added to a wonderful vacation for our family!

The room was clean and had a nice ocean view. It came with a fridge and microwave, super convenient. Beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep, and the large window let in some great ocean breeze. The bathroom was really clean, but not the most updated. Pretty good for a beach hotel!

My Boyfriend Neil Wilson and I stayed there from Monday July 30th thru our departure Saturday Aug.4th. We had a Wonderful time. The Owners, And Hotel Staff we Very Friendly, Polite, and Accommodating. This was our first time staying there and we will definitely Stay again next year. We loved Everything about the Motel. Much nicer than exspected. Location was awesome and rooms were very clean.

Dont think they should accept pets during summer season. We have gone from non smoking to pet friendly. Also the common area balcony could use a little fixing up. Maybe put in some decking instead of painted plywood. All in all though I would come back, very nice.

We really loved our stay, especially the effective hose to rinse off sand and enjoying the cozy sun terrace with a book. The beach access was perfect for long walks, and the coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Just a heads up, there’s no breakfast served, but there are great spots nearby to grab a bite! ☀️

Excellent location right on the boardwalk. Rooms are small, no space for anything. Enjoyed having a good shower and clean space. Beach rentals nearby made it easy to explore.

The stay was enjoyable, especially due to the hotel's great location right on the beach. We appreciated how clean the room was and had a great shower experience. Plus. A lovely bonus was the balcony with a view of the boardwalk, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The staff was very nice and professional and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We loved the location, going straight out to the beach every morning, and being right in the middle of the boardwalk. The room was very cute and comfortable as well.

The staff at The Safari Motel was extremely accomodating and friendly. We required a second room due to other family coming in and they went above and beyond to help us out and we left with smiles on our faces and wanting to come back again soon. :) Also, the location of the Safari is great with older teenage children. We also enjoyed the balcony overlooking the boardwalk and ocean. We had a very nice time.

The rooms were a bit tiny but they were clean to make up for smaller rooms.

If you visit Ocean City this is THE place to be! Friendly owners who go that extra mile to stand out. When we were having a drink on the balcony and run out at night they gave us free drinks! Nice decoration as well and right on the boardwalk!
